Breakfast is served buffet-style, with a wide selection of traditional breakfast foods and fruits. Or opt for cooked-to-order eggs and omelets before your day on the water!
Lunch on the River
Catch & Eat!
Your guide will prepare a BBQ lunch, riverside, while you fish. This can be fresh-caught salmon, burgers or other delicious options.
Your guide will ask what you prefer to eat the day before.
Social Happy Hour with Appetizers
Daily from 5 - 7pm
After a long day on the water, you’ll want to kick back, relax, and enjoy exchanging stories with other guests.
During Katmai Lodge’s happy hour, we offer appetizers, beer, wine, and soft drinks – served in the main lodge between the hours of 5 – 7 p.m.
An honor bar is available and fully stocked with spirits at $5 a shot.

Nightly Dinner Buffet
At Katmai Lodge, tradition is to move from our Happy Hour directly to the dining lodge for a delicious meal of fresh meats, vegetables and all of the trimmings!
Complimentary wine is served with dinner as well as a selection of refreshments.
Dinner service wouldn’t be complete without dessert! Our pastry chef creates several “from-scratch” options each night to choose from!
Dinner is served at 7pm and is truly an experience you won’t want to miss!
