Trip Insurance

Visiting Alaska can be exciting, however, you may be forced to cancel your trip at the last moment due to injury, illness or other emergencies before or during your trip. We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation coverage for your trip through Travel Guard insurance. Travel Guard is America’s leading provider of travel insurance plans and assistance programs. This will help protect you and your travel companions from most unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances that may arise. If your trip cancellation is covered by trip insurance, please contact your insurance carrier.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that changes to plans happen. To cancel your trip, notification in writing of cancellation is required. If the trip is canceled more than 90 days prior to your arrival date, all deposits and payments will be refunded, less a cancellation fee in the amount of 15% of your total reservation package price. If the trip is canceled less than 90 days prior to your arrival date, all deposits and payments will be forfeited, however, the trip may be rescheduled with no penalties or additional fees. If the trip is unable to be rescheduled, we will apply your deposit or payments to a trip of equal or greater value for the following year.

Deposits for all Trips

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payment of balances are due 90 days prior to your arrival date. If payments are not received by the due dates, any payments are subject to forfeiture and cancellation of trip. To confirm your reservation, you must agree to the Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability or you may forfeit your deposits and payments.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of amendments to these terms and conditions by posting them to this website.
